All of our products are made to order. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, production may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders are shipped and delivered according to the following estimates:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund. Re-shipping may require an additional fee.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (U.S.) or 20 business days (international) after shipping, please contact us so we can investigate.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
